Monitor all case details at a glance, anytime, anywhere without the need to view each individual case record.
Details at a glance include:
- Cases that require follow up are identified with a green flag
- Cases pending instructions from the client are identified with
- Rush serve cases
- Same Day serve cases
- Case status (New, Work in Progress and Closed)
- Document received date
- Last service update entered by the assigned process server vendor
- Completed date; and
- Due date (if any) for time sensitive services
Note: For confidentiality purposes, client users may only monitor and update their respective cases, while process server vendors only have access to cases assigned to them. Admin users have access to all cases.
